Local Martinsburg business is seeking an experienced secretary to join our team. Following duties include but not limited to:
- Customer Service- answering calls, taking messages and sending emails
- Scheduling appointments with vendors, employees, and customers
- Inputting data into Quickbooks
- Organizing files & preparing documents
- Managing office supply inventory
- Researching vendors and negotiating pricing
- Running errands- MUST have a valid driver’s license
- Onboarding new team members- HR
- Producing an agenda and taking minutes at monthly meetings
- Creating Excel spreadsheets and Word Documents
- Pay range $12.00 – $14.00 depending on experience.
- Start Position Immediately
