Full job description

We are currently looking for a motivated, hands-on Field Service Technician with experience troubleshooting/repairing copiers. Also must possess strong customer relations skills. Knowledge of Konica Minolta equipment and connectivity/networking skills highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Traveling to client sites to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve copier/printer maintenance and repair issues within a designated territory
  • Managing and maintaining accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely and cost effective manner
  • Maintaining current technical knowledge and continuously expanding knowledge of new technology and equipment through provided training

Required Qualifications:

  • General mechanical and volt meter experience preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, Outlook
  • Strong communication skills in working with technical and non-technical people
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet is required
  • Strong computer/networking skills a plus.
  • Strong relationship management skills with clients and personnel within the organization required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot printers and digital copiers as required
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc. with short notice.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and minimal level of auto insurance coverage required.

Must be self-motivated, able to perform with little direct supervision and have excellent time management skills. Salary will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
