The College for West Virginia, www.cfwv.com, provides free downloadable materials to public and non-profit organizations working to advance college access and success in West Virginia.  Resources available on the website include career planning, college planning, financial aid planning, and access to create an individual portfolio.

  2. The WV Welcome program, https://wvwelcome.com, assists individuals who work within the hospitality industry to build the skills necessary to satisfy and exceed customer service expectations.  The free course provides an introductory overview of the essentials of hospitality to recognize and value each guest through meeting the following goals.
    • Improve the quality of service each employee provides to West Virginia guests.
    • Provide guest-sensitive opportunities to assist individual guest needs.
    • Practice hospitality every day to exceed our guests’ expectations and build customer loyalty.
    • Share information regarding services and local attractions available to all guests.
