Cardinal Heating & Cooling was founded in 1991, by Nelson Workman. At the time, Nelson had 35 years of experience in the industry with high expectations for his new company. Starting a family-owned business with his sons was a risky thought for a man who was putting everything he owned on the line. But he knew he had the knowledge, experience, and talent to build a solid company foundation. Most of all, Nelson abided and taught his sons the core values of being reliable, honest, professional, and respectable.
Now that our founder has passed, his son and current owner, Tod Workman, personally assures that his father’s high standards for the company that they built together remain the same. In fact, Tod is very hands-on and can often be seen personally interacting with all customers.
Cardinal Heating & Cooling was established with pride and excellence and we look forward to serving all our customers’ heating and cooling needs, one at a time.
